1 General Terms & Conditions

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

3 Betting Rules

Please make sure you are familiar with these rules before placing any bets on xbaji 12. By placing a bet, you are deemed to have accepted all of the rules set out below.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled.
• Odds may change at any time during live betting; the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• If an event starts more than 24 hours after its scheduled time, xbaji 12 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match ends in a tie or is abandoned, the user's stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error on the system, xbaji 12 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Each bet has a defined minimum and maximum stake, which may vary depending on the event.
• If the same bet is placed from multiple accounts on the same event, all such bets will be considered void.

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Transactions on xbaji 12 are simple and fast. However, certain rules are mandatory and have been put in place to protect all users.

Deposit Policy

• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum is ৳5,00,000 per day.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 2–4 hours to process.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must bet 30 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only and cannot be claimed again afterwards.
• If any individual attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.

8 Account Cancellation & Suspension

Xbaji 12 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Registration using false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (36 months).
• For legal reasons or upon instruction from a regulatory authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

9 Limitation of Liability

Xbaji 12 always strives to maintain the highest standard of service; however, we are not liable for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to an internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
• If an unauthorized third party accesses your account due to your own negligence.
• If we are required to suspend the service due to a government directive.
• In the event of a temporary service disruption caused by unexpected technical issues.
